Pearl Harbor Poem
Pearl Harbor Poem
In Japan
Dictators arose
They had the factories make weapons
Instead of clothes
Japan made a military
Twas very fine-a
But to some peoples surprise
They began to attack china
Tensions grew
Between Japan and the U.S.
So the U.S. decided
To trade with them less
Japan sent, through the sea,
A deadly military fleet
That would cause
A large U.S. defeat
Japan attacked in the morning
The people were surprised
The pilots destroyed lots of ships
And took many lives
But the people aren’t forgotten,
For a memorial was made
To praise the unfortunate
Who died in the raid
This poem is ending
But please remember
The poor souls who died
On the 7th of December
I'd like to know if you guys liked it. Mabye if I should add more. I made this for my multi genre paper. thanks.

I like this poem alot. It looks like you really spent time on it to get things to rhyme and add up. It was really good. (:
Wow! I think you are a great poet! This piece is informational and fun to read. Maybe that's just because I like poems that rhyme, but I think you did a great job on this! I don't think you should change anything about this! -The Red Writer
